Terms of service.

This agreement is entered into between Binz In Binz Out, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and Client, hereinafter referred to as the "Client," effective as of the date in perpetuity.

Services

The Company agrees to provide trash bin handling services to the Client as follows:

1. Regular retrieval and replacement of trash bins on designated trash day.

Term

This agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue on a week-to-week basis thereafter unless terminated, or a one-time schedule has been made by either party.

Fees

The Client agrees to pay the Company a fee of [Fee Amount] per [Chosen billing cycle] for the services provided under this agreement. Payment shall be made in full [Through the Website or by an authorized representative ].

Termination

Binz In Binz Out may terminate this agreement by providing [2 days] days' written/email notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for any services provided up to the date of termination.

Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the Client's use of the services provided under this agreement.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  Clark County.

Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether oral or written.
